Deanna Sheedy
PLAY Founder & Executive Director
Deanna Sheedy was born and raised in Phoenix Arizona and is now raising her 2 daughters with her husband, John. Deanna attended Xavier College Preparatory, University of Arizona for undergrad, and received her MA in counseling from Ottawa University. She has worked in various non-profits in Arizona and California as a counselor, educator and program coordinator. After 15 years gaining experience, tools, and a passion for helping children and families, Deanna created the PLAY program to provide youth and families with the opportunity to learn and cultivate mindfulness skills through the practice of art and yoga. Deanna finds these outlets to be helpful and fun for people of all ages and is proud and honored to share PLAY with the Phoenix community.
Sara Wilson
Mindfulness Instructor
Sara has been a practicing Physician Assistant since 2011, as well as full-time faculty member at A.T. Still University for nearly a decade. She is a certified Health and Well-being Coach and enjoys teaching and being an educator. She has previously worked in the Pediatric setting and working with children of all ages. Her background in Exercise Science and love for the arts drew her to combine those loves with PLAY. When not involved with PLAY, she enjoys learning about essential oils and holistic wellbeing, as well as spending time with her with her husband, 3 step-kids, and nieces and nephews.
Eva Jazwinski Communications Director
Eva grew up in Southern California and attended The University of Arizona in Tucson, AZ. She received a Bachelor of Science in Communications with a minor in Family Studies and Human Development. She worked for 8 years in the employee benefits field before taking time off to stay home with her children. Eva served 4 years on the Board of Directors for the United Way of Graham and Greenlee counties. It was during this experience on the Board that Eva developed her passion for working in the non-profit sector. Eva currently lives in Elko, NV with her 2 children and husband, Jonathan.

Hayley McInrue Mindfulness Instructor
Hayley was born and raised in Newport Beach CA before attending The University of Arizona where she received her BA in Journalism and Communications. After spending 19 years in the alcoholic beverage industry, Hayley decided to jump into the classroom and work as an aide in a Kindergarten class. This is where she realized her true calling was to work within the education sector to bring mindfulness practices to the classroom and address the increasing mental health challenges faced by students. Hayley resides in North Central Phoenix with her husband Matt and two children.
